Pricing (Regsitration Fees ECR Baltic Forum with pre and after events):

13 NOV 2013 ECR Baltic Forum pre-events, TALLINN (Registation closed!):

1. Retail - Manufacturer Tour with lunch/coffee brakes, shuttle service to/from hotel and evenining networking dinner:

* ECR Baltic members: EUR 99 + 20% Estonian VAT

* Others/Non members: EUR 125 + 20% Estonian VAT

IMPORTANT: the tour hosting company (Retailer or Manufacturer) may retain the right to refuse entry to participants to their part of the visit to the representatives of direct competitors. * * *

2. Networking dinner with board, sponsors and speakers (Registration closed!):

* Speakers, Sponsors, Retail - Manufacturer tour participants and ECR Baltic board members:
Free of Charge!
* Others (ECR members and non members): EUR 50 + 20% Estonian VAT

14 NOV 2013 ECR BALTIC FORUM, TALLINN (Register before 8th of November, after onsite registration available at EUR 275 + 20% VAT):

* ECR Baltic members: EUR 125 + 20% Estonian VAT
* Others/Non members: EUR 175 + 20% Estonian VAT
* Speakers, Sponsors, Invited participants with valid discount code: Free of Charge!

15 NOV 2013 Shopper Marketing Master Class:

Shopper Marketing Master Class is a separate event from ECR Baltic forum with separate charge

* ECR Baltic members: EUR 400 + 20% Estonian VAT

* Others/Non members: EUR 600 + 20% Estonian VAT

Volume discounts:

* Volume discounts applied for every 4 pay participants from one legal entity the 5th participants gets a free pass.

* Sponsored discounts [%] applicable if valid discount code provided during online registration. Discount codes are distributed by ECR Baltic partner companies (event sponsors).

Volume and sponsored discounts can sum up!

General Cancellation Policy (All Events)

In the event of cancelation, ECR Baltic must be notified in writing by fax or e-mail.

24 days before the event: The full registration fees will be refunded.

4 to 24 days before the event: 50% registration fees will be refunded.

3 days before the event: No refunds can be made.

The substitution of a colleagues from the same organization is possible at no extra cost, provided the ECR Baltic is informed of any changes in writing.
In the case of the event cancellation by Organizers - full registration fees to be refunded within 14 days from the date of the Event.

General antitrust and competition law caution:

ECR Baltic will not enter into any discussion, activity or conduct that may infringe, on its part or on the part of its members and participants, any applicable competition laws. By way for example, members and participants shall not discuss, communicate or exchange any commercially sensitive information, including non-public information relating to prices, marketing and advertisement strategy, costs and revenues, trading terms and conditions and conditions with third parties, including purchasing strategy, terms of supply, trade programmes or distribution strategy.
