Hele Hammer is the CEO of Telema, the largest EDI operator in the Baltics. Previously, she served as the CFO and management board member of Amserv, a group of 14 car dealerships in Estonia and Latvia. Hele has been a renown lecturer at the Estonian Business School since 1997. In 2003, Hele got her PhD in Economics from the Tallinn University of Technology. Lately, she has focused on teaching graduate students and executives using the case method, her interest areas include supply chain management and business intelligence. In February 2012, she was appointed the Head of Chair of the Supply Chain Management at the Tallinn University of Technology.

Aija is responsible for supply chain related processes of corrugated and offset packaging business in Poland, Hungary and Baltics. She is in charge of control of material and information flows, including procurement activities, customer service, planning and stock management.
Aija graduated from Riga Technical University, Riga Business School and she has almost 20 years of professional experience in corrugated packaging.
She is also the country manager of Stora Enso Packaging Baltic units – situated in Latvia (Riga), Estonia (Tallinn), Lithunia (Kaunas).

TEDx style presentation on food trends by Seattle born "American/Latvian" Chef Karlis Robert Celms acquired his cooking skills at San Francisco's Le Cordon Bleu college of Culinary Arts.He completed a formal internship at a 2 start michelin restaurant, and has honed his skills in a wide variety of restaurant environments over his12 years in professional kitchens.
After a self declared industry "burn out" he chose to travel through Europe & explore other fields of interest, only to return to Kitchen work in the country of his fathers's ancestry, Latvia.
Karlis is constantly striving to create honest, simple & seasonally inspired food "done right", while finding ways to challenging his diners to step out of their gastronomic "comfort zone".

Lisa Van den Bossche (1985) launched speed docking in Belgium and Luxembourg in 2013. Together with 7 suppliers she organized the competition and opened the debate on cycle times. In 2014 speed docking is organized by 9 suppliers. All Belgian en Luxembourgish retailers and wholesalers are participating. Logistic service providers agreed to gather more data than in 2013 and even retailers are willing to share their data. This rich data set will allow more detailed analysis on what variables determine cycle times. Lisa holds a master?s degree in Psychology started her career in sales at Danone, and is now ECR manager for Belgium & Luxembourg.

Tom Tillemans, Head of Logistics Excellence, H.J. Heinz Supply Chain Europe B.V.
Since 2002, Tom has worked in international supply chain functions within the fast moving goods industry. Within SCA Hygiene Products he has been working as business logistics manager from Germany and as distribution manager Iberia, based in Spain. In 2008 he has joined H.J. Heinz in the function of logistics and planning manager Benelux. In his current role of head of logistics excellence within the European supply chain organization of Heinz in The Netherlands, he is responsible to shape their European logistics network. Since 2010 Tom has in addition been active as ambassador of the Lean and Green program of Connekt (NL). He is a true believer of collaboration in the supply chain and brings this in praxis in his current role. Together with Frans van den Boomen of Mars Nederland, he has initialized and rolled-out the successful Speed Docking competition in The Netherlands, Belgium & Luxemburg. The competition has gained speed and is run in 2014 also in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Switzerland.

Jonathan T. Scott, Founder and Director, the Center for Industrial Productivity and Sustainability
Jonathan is a sustainable business-contractor, manager, and entrepreneur, with over 25 years of work experience in nine different countries. As a manager he was recognized for tripling productivity, reducing costs by up to 40%, and increasing net profits by over 55% (in the process he conducted three separate business turn-arounds). As a teacher, he has taught at: the Lorange Institute (Zurich, Switzerland), the Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands), the Audencia Nantes School of Management (Nantes, France), Bradford University (Bradford, UK), the University of Perugia (Italy) and Kozminski University (Warsaw, Poland) where he earned an award for "outstanding achievements in teaching". In 2008, he founded CIPS (the Center for Industrial Productivity and Sustainability, which he currently directs. Additionally, he is the author of the following books, several of which are award-winning: Fundamentals of Leisure Business Success (1998), The Concise Handbook of Management (2005), Managing the New Frontiers (2008), The Entrepreneur?s Guide to Building a Successful Business (2009), and New Standards for Long-Term Business Survival (2011). Before Constant Berkhout set up his own agency he gained broad experience across a large number of categories, functional areas and countries:

- At PepsiCo he first assumed the responsibility of consumer insights and innovation for Northern Europe. In his last role at PepsiCo he was responsible for shopper marketing in 45+ countries. He set up trade marketing in Eastern European countries such as Russia and Poland. For Western European markets he increased customer intimacy with customers like Carrefour and Tesco. For the application of breakthrough technologies he worked closely together with his colleagues in North America.
At the conference Constant Berkhout will show unexpected, irrational behaviour of shoppers and will provide best practices and recommendations for retailers and shopper marketeers.
